Hotel Ladies concept was dreamt up by founder Courtney Thomas when she worked in busy Corporate America. Every morning she would rush to get out the door and battle traffic on her way to and from the office. Every evening she would return to a not so tidy home. The neat freak in her wished her house keeper would be able to drop in and just freshen her home while she was at work. How nice would it be to walk into a house that was as tidy as a hotel room after a long day’s work.
Years later as a stay at home mom she still wished she could have someone come daily just to freshen the house without the expense of paying the full day cleaning rate. Once a dream Hotel Ladies is now a reality and an answer to many of our household wishes. Hotel Ladies strive to provide you with the best home freshening and cleaning service in South Florida that is also affordable. About The Owners
Courtney graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelors degree in business marketing in 2005. After graduating she has worked as an Insurance Agent for Aflac and in the residential and commercial real estate industry focusing on marketing and property management. Courtney has always had an entrepreneurial spirit which has inspired her to create Hotel Ladies with her friend and partner Jen. In her spare time Courtney enjoys yoga, doing arts and crafts with her children, walking her Goldendoodle Bailey down the river and lounging on the beach with friends and family.
Jen graduated from University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management in 1997. After graduating she worked in Las Vegas as a marketing coordinator for various hotels, restaurants and clubs. Jen’s passion to build on her previous successes and grow personally and professionally has driven her to build Hotel Ladies. In her spare time Jen enjoys traveling with her family, working out, motivational seminars and the beach.
