Does Hotel Ladies Freshen Single Family Homes:

We currently are only servicing Condo and Apartment Buildings in select areas of Broward County.  Therefore, online booking is only available to specific locations.  If you are interested in having us freshen your home please contact our office to see if we can accommodate you.

 

How Do I Know I Can Trust Your Fresheners?

All of our staff at Hotel Ladies are screened carefully, trained meticulously, have undergone a comprehensive background check, and are legal to work in the United States.  Hotel Ladies,Inc. also carries liability insurance should we damage anything in your home.  We pride ourselves on attracting the best fresheners available by offering flat fee wages, incentives, and bonus programs.  We do all this so that you can have the highest confidence to trust our fresheners with the care of your home.

 

Are My Valuables Safe with Hotel Ladies?

If you have any special valuables, please put them away or instruct us not to touch them.  Hotel Ladies carries all the necessary insurances in the event that any damage occurs.

 

How Much Does a Home Freshening Service Cost?

Since every house is unique Hotel Ladies has set a standard base pricing which increases depending on the bedroom and bathroom size. Things that will affect your house cleaning price include number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, which services you’d like us to perform, how often you want our fresheners to clean, etc. If you would like to see what information is necessary to accurately estimate your freshening service cost, simply login to your account and select the services you’re interested in.

 

Do You Guarantee a Day and Time for My House Freshening Appointment?

Hotel Ladies guarantees a specific day for your house cleaning but not a specific time. Due to our flexible and changing schedule, we are unable to promise to a specific time of day that our maids will arrive.  When you book your service we allow you to select from a 5 hour window of when we will begin your home freshening service. You can contact us at 954-866-7700 on the day of your freshening service and we can estimate the time our fresheners will arrive. If you need a specific time guarantee, feel free to contact our office and we can try to accommodate the time you request.

 

Do I Have To Be Home When Hotel Ladies Fresheners Clean?

This is your option. You may leave a key with the buildings concierge or property manager or in a lock box,  our fresheners are also equip to use August locks which makes entering your unit seamless and secure. Our fresheners obtain the keys for each house cleaning appointment when they enter your building each day, and must turn these back in to management, concierge or designated area before they are allowed to leave the building.

 

What Should I Do About My Security/Alarm System on House Cleaning Day?

If you have a security system, please make necessary arrangements to give your freshening team access to your home on your scheduled day. Some clients establish a guest or temporary code for Hotel Ladies.

 

What If I Accidentally Lock the Fresheners Out on My Cleaning Day?

Hotel Ladies will typically charge rescheduling fees if we are locked out.

 

What If I Need to Reschedule a House Freshening?

Simply call our office at 954-866-7700 prior to your cleaning day. We require a minimum 24 hours notice to reschedule your house cleaning.

 

Do I Need to Provide House Freshening Products or Equipment?

We provide all GREEN house freshening products and equipment, so you never need to worry about replenishing your supply for our fresheners. If you have special house cleaning products you want the fresheners to use please let us know.

 

What Should I Do With My Pets During the House Freshening?

Please advise us if you have pets and provide any information regarding your pets that would be helpful for us to know.

 

Do You Supply Wee Wee Pads When the Wee Wee Pad Change Service is Scheduled?

Since all pet parents use different products for their pets we are unable to offer pet wee wee pads.  Please make sure to have extra when this service is scheduled.  When you are running low we will leave you a note to order more.

 

Do You Supply Kitty Litter When the Cat Litter Box Change Service is Scheduled?

Since all pet parents use different products for their pets we are unable to offer kitty litter.  Please make sure to have enough when this service is scheduled.  When you are running low we will leave you a note to order more.

 

How Shall I Pay for My House Freshening?

You may pay by credit card via online or over the phone. Payment is due when service is scheduled.

 

Can I Provide Special Instructions For My Team?

YES!  Special instructions will enhance the freshening experience you receive. When you register for an account you can create special instructions in the register field.  Current clients can edit their profile in Account Management, Email us at hello@hotelladies.com or call our office at 954-866-7700 and we can put all instructions permanently in your file.

 

Is the Team Allowed to Receive Tips? If so How Much?

Tips are not expected, however, the fresheners do appreciate them and are allowed to receive them. Leave whatever you feel comfortable with in an envelope addressed to Hotel Ladies Freshener Tip, and please don’t forget to leave us reviews on www.hotelladies.com.
